Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prometheus lead research service ("Service"), operated by Prometheus / Oryen Digital. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order or use the Service.

Prometheus provides a custom B2B lead research service. Upon receiving your order and research brief (target industry, location, and any specific qualification criteria), we research publicly available business data to compile a tailored batch of leads matching your brief.

Each lead batch is researched and compiled exclusively for one client order. Leads included in your batch are not recycled from a shared database and are not offered to or sold to any other client after fulfilling your order.

The Service is intended exclusively for business-to-business (B2B) outreach purposes. You must be acting in a professional or commercial capacity to use the Service. The Service is not available to private consumers for personal use.

Orders are placed through the checkout form on this website. By submitting an order, you confirm that the information provided (contact details, research brief) is accurate and complete.

Prices are displayed on the Pricing page and are quoted in USD. Payment is due at the time of ordering. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

For monthly subscription plans, payment is collected at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made.

All payments are processed securely by our payment processor. Card data is handled exclusively by the payment processor and is never stored on our servers.

After your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will begin researching your lead batch. Each batch undergoes an automated quality check; only leads that pass our quality criteria (reachability, business opportunity, valid contact path) are included in the final delivery.

The researched lead file will be delivered to the email address you provided at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on batch size and market complexity. We will notify you by email when your batch is ready.

Because each batch is custom-researched to your brief, exact lead counts may vary slightly from the plan tier in exceptional cases (e.g. if your target niche has insufficient qualifying businesses in your specified location). In such cases, we will notify you and offer the choice of an adjusted delivery or a proportional refund for any shortfall.

Leads delivered to you are reserved exclusively for your order. We commit to not offering the same leads to another client after they have been included in your batch.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the leads delivered to you to any third party without our prior written consent. The lead data is licensed to you for your own B2B outreach and business development purposes only.

You may not use the delivered leads for any purpose that violates applicable law, including but not limited to sending unsolicited communications in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or any other applicable anti-spam regulation.

You agree not to use the Service or the delivered lead data to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or business
• Send spam or bulk unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading outreach
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders and to terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these terms or engages in abusive or unlawful conduct.

Lead data is sourced from publicly available online directories and business listings. While we apply quality checks to filter out invalid contacts, we cannot guarantee that every lead in your batch will respond, convert, or result in a business opportunity.

Business information (phone numbers, websites, addresses) may change after research is conducted. We are not liable for inaccuracies that arise from changes occurring after the research date.

Prometheus makes no guarantees regarding revenue, sales outcomes, or conversion rates resulting from the use of our lead data.

Due to the custom nature of the research service, we generally do not offer refunds once a batch has been delivered. However, if your delivered batch contains significantly fewer qualified leads than the plan tier (e.g. due to insufficient market coverage in your target area), we will offer either a supplemental batch or a pro-rata refund for the shortfall.

If you believe there is a quality issue with your batch, please contact us at info@oryendigital.com within 14 days of delivery.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, code, and design — is the property of Prometheus / Oryen Digital and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any website content without prior written permission.

The compiled lead batches delivered to you are licensed for your own commercial use as described in Section 5. We retain ownership of the research methodology, scoring algorithms, and software used to produce them.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prometheus and Oryen Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or the delivered lead data.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites and accept no responsibility for them.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page with an updated date. For active subscription customers, material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hamburg, Germany.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, as our Service is directed exclusively at business customers.
